- Full payment must be made at time of check-in.
- Directions: From Hounslow East tube station, exit and turn right (there is only one exit). Follow Kingsley Road heading north for about 350 metres. You will see the White Bear Pub on your left.
- We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro and Cash. Pay in advance.
- VAT is included in all prices.
Cancellation Policy:
Flexible – 1 day (General)
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation.
Non-refundable (Non-Refundable) - The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
