Where is our hotel located?
The hotel is located next door to our pub “The White Bear” in
the heart of Hounslow. Located 5 min away from Hounslow East station (Piccadilly Line) and
the central bus station. The rooms come in a range of sizes with shared bathrooms. All
rooms have unlimited free Wi-Fi, TV and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
How can I book a room?
To search for a hotel, click here. check availability and book
online, on this website. If you wish to book more than five rooms, contact the hotel team
directly. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

How can I cancel a hotel booking which I have already made?
If you have booked and paid in advance to stay with us and would like a refund or to reschedule your stay, you can complete a contact form here – and we will contact you within 7 days of the receipt of your request. If you have booked via booking.com, you can cancel via its online portal. Other rates are fixed and non-refundable.
What time can I check in?
You can check in any time from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Where do I check in?
You check in at the bar in the pub next door to the hotel.
What time is check-out?
You are required to vacate your room by 11:30am on the day of departure.
Where do I park?
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 7
per day.
Can I bring my pet?
We don’t allow any animals to stay in our hotel.
Can I smoke in my room?
Smoking is not permitted (including e-cigarettes and vaporisers)
in any part of the hotel. Smoking in a hotel room will result in a minimum £50 charge to cover those extra cleaning costs required to return the room to a smoke-free condition for the comfort of all our guests.
